Contents:

An inexpensive smartphone is not a shame to give and it is not a pity to lose. And on the list best smartphones we have tried to collect outstanding models that are distinguished by an optimal ratio of price and quality.

  •  Many of them even have an NFC module that allows you to make contactless payments. We hope this list will help you choose the right phone for you or a loved one.

10.Realme C11

Realme C11 is a good inexpensive smartphone 2021

  • Screen: 6.5″ (1600×720) 60Hz
  • RAM: 2 GB
  • memory: 32 GB, memory card slot
  • dual camera: 13 MP, 2 MP
  • battery: 5000 mAh
  • Processor: MediaTek Helio G35
  • SIM cards: 2
  • operating system: Android 10
  • wireless interfaces: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0
  • Internet: 4G LTE
  • weight: 196g

  •  It would be a stretch to classify this model as gaming smartphones. Its 12nm Helio G35 octa-core processor is positioned as a low-cost entry-level gaming solution.

  •  It supports HyperEngine Game Technology, which speeds up gameplay in heavy games while maintaining high energy efficiency through resource allocation. However, given the small amount of RAM, playing PUBG or another demanding game at maximum or even medium settings is unlikely to work.

  •  But a capacious battery will allow you to make business calls all day long, search for information in a mobile browser or listen to music through headphones (this model has a 3.5 mm jack). And thanks to customizable icons on the screen, Realme C11 is suitable for the elderly or visually impaired.

Pros: you can install a memory card in a dedicated slot, a large and bright screen, loud sound, the film is already pasted on the screen, the camera shoots well in good lighting.

Cons: no NFC, fast charging and fingerprint scanner, but there is face unlock.

9.Realme C21

Realme C21

  • Screen: 6,5", 1600 x 720
  • RAM: 3/4 GB
  • Built-in memory: 32/64 GB
  • Processor: MediaTek Helio G35
  • Main camera: 13 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP
  • Front camera: 5 MP
  • Battery: 5000 mAh
  • OS: Realme UI (Android 10)

  •  This novelty in the ranking of smartphones was presented to the public only at the beginning of March this year.

  •  The device is positioned as a budget one, but at the same time its highlight is an impressive battery life, thanks to a 5000 mAh battery. In addition, it has TUV Rheinland certification, which means that users' eyes will not suffer from blue radiation while viewing content from the screen of Realme C21. But this seems to be all the high-tech features of the novelty are exhausted.

  •  Built Realme C21 based on the SoC MediaTek Helio G35 chipset, received 3 GB of RAM and 32 internal memory. The diagonal and resolution of the Realme C21 screen, of course, are not flagship – 6,5 inches and only 1600 x 720.

  •  The cameras are also far from super-powerful ideal: front (5 MP) and rear triple (main lens 13 MP, wide-angle and macro lenses 2 MP each).

  •  But at least the manufacturer does not force users to sacrifice one SIM card for the sake of being able to insert a memory card, as in many other Chinese smartphones.

The Realme C21 price on Aliexpress for the 4/64 GB version in the Hunt for Trends sale until March 13 will be just under 10. —

Pros: Supports 10W charging, dedicated memory card slot, has a fingerprint sensor on the back.

Cons: no NFC.

8. ZTE Blade A3 2020 NFC

ZTE Blade A3 2020 NFC

  • screen: 5.45″ (1440×720)
  • RAM: 1 GB
  • memory: 32 GB, memory card slot
  • camera: 8 MP
  • battery: 2600 mAh
  • Processor: Unisoc SC9832E
  • SIM cards: 2 (nano SIM)
  • operating system: Android 9.0
  • wireless interfaces: NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2
  • Internet: 4G LTE
  • weight: 160g

  •  If you are tired of "shovel phones", then ZTE Blade A3 is perhaps the best smartphone under 10. In addition to its compactness, this model has another advantage – the presence of an NFC module.

  •  The screen, although it cannot boast of high resolution, has a good margin of brightness, and it is quite comfortable to watch movies and videos on it.

  •  The internal storage of the ZTE Blade A3 can be expanded by installing a memory card up to 128 GB, and in a separate, not a combo slot.

  •  The battery of the device is low-power, but according to user reviews, it is enough for a day of work, unless you watch YouTube videos for half a day.

  •  But the ZTE Blade A3 cannot boast of the quality of photo and video shooting. The camera shoots more or less only in good lighting.

  •  Also, do not count on the fact that this smartphone will pull heavy games. But, perhaps, this is a plus if the phone is intended as a gift for an elderly person or a schoolchild who constantly “sticks to a mobile phone” instead of doing homework.

Pros: loud speaker, contactless payment, beautiful design, removable battery.

Cons: you can't install widgets without a third-party launcher (like Big Launcher), big bezels around the screen, disgusting camera, the plastic of the back cover is easily scratched, so a case is a must.

7.OPPO A31 4/64GB

OPPO A31 4 / 64GB

  • screen: 6.5″ (1600×720)
  • RAM: 4 GB
  • memory: 64 GB, memory card slot
  • 3 cameras: 12 MP, 2 MP, 2 MP
  • battery: 4230 mAh
  • Processor: MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765)
  • SIM cards: 2 (nano SIM)
  • operating system: Android 9.0
  • wireless interfaces: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0
  • Internet: 4G LTE
  • weight: 180g

  •  This is not to say that this smartphone stands out from its competitors among the best smartphones under 10000 rubles. This is a solid middling, with a bright and large screen, without graininess. It's nice that the manufacturer took care to stick a protective film on the screen.

  •  The back panel of OPPO A31 is made of plastic. It does not slip in the hands, but collects fingerprints, so it is better to hide the smartphone in a case, since it is included in the kit.

  •  The device's camera shoots well in daylight, and the application has the ability to manually set shooting parameters, such as focusing and image brightness saturation.

  •  The OPPO A31 is not equipped with the fastest Helio P35 processor, but if your needs are browsing social networks, launching online shopping applications, chatting in instant messengers and casual games, then the smartphone's capabilities are more than enough for all this. It will not slow down even in heavy games, but only at low graphics settings.

Pros: you can connect wired headphones, a separate slot for a memory card, there is a fingerprint scanner on the back panel, dual-band Wi-Fi.

Cons: no NFC, no fast charging, quiet speaker.

6. TECNO SPARK 5 Air

TECNO SPARK 5 Air

  • screen: 7″
  • RAM: 2 GB
  • memory: 32 GB, memory card slot
  • dual camera: 13 MP, 2 MP
  • battery: 5000 mAh
  • Processor: MediaTek Helio A22 (MT6761)
  • SIM cards: 2
  • operating system: Android 10
  • wireless interfaces: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0
  • Internet: 4G LTE

  •  All other smartphones from the rating against the background of this model look undersized. And all because of the huge screen size of TECNO SPARK 5 Air – no joke, seven inches.

  •  Its resolution is low – 720 x 1640 pixels, but the oleophobic coating is good, and the anti-reflective properties are pleasantly surprising. There is also an automatic brightness adjustment depending on the lighting, and it works adequately.

  •  Under the beautiful “hood” of the smartphone, you can find a Mediatek MT6761 Helio A22 quad-core processor, 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory, as well as a 5000 mAh non-removable lithium-ion battery. TECNO SPARK 5 Air does not have fast charging.

  •  In applications, the device sometimes slows down, and games will pull only at low graphics settings.

  •  The rear camera consists of a 13 MP main lens + 2 MP macro modules, as well as 2 auxiliary modules that are needed for measuring the depth of the scene and AI work. There is no manual mode, just as there is no possibility to remove the processing of images using AI. On the other hand, the camera interface is very simple, and even an elderly person will understand it. The front camera is equipped with an 8 MP sensor with a Dual-LED flash.

  •  As for the shooting quality of the main camera, it is not impressive. Detailing and contrast are lame even during the day, and sharpness is good only in the center of the photo, and sharply drops along the edges. But macro photography, on the contrary, succeeds TECNO SPARK 5 Air well.

Pros: beautiful body, large screen size, presence of a fingerprint scanner (on the back), the ability to connect wired headphones.

ConsA: Can't make contactless payments, no fast charging.

5. HUAWEI Y6p 3/64GB (NFC)

HUAWEI Y6p 3/64GB (NFC)

  • screen: 6.3″ (1600×720)
  • RAM: 3 GB
  • memory: 64 GB, memory card slot
  • 3 cameras: 13 MP, 5 MP, 2 MP
  • battery: 5000 mAh
  • Processor: Mediatek Helio P22 (MT6762V)
  • SIM cards: 2 (nano SIM)
  • operating system: Android 10
  • wireless interfaces: NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0
  • Internet: 4G LTE
  • weight: 185g

  •  This inexpensive beauty was released in 2020, which means that Google services are not available in it.

  •  Instead, you can download the apps you want from Huawe's AppGallery, which is constantly updated, but some popular apps like Netflix aren't available there yet.

  •  What pleasantly surprises HUAWEI Y6p is the brightness of its screen – 538 cd / m² – and realistic color reproduction. Watching movies and videos on it is very comfortable.

  •  Please note that the NFC module is only available for the MED-LX9N. The MED-LX9 model comes without NFC, so if you like HUAWEI Y6p 3/64GB, check with the seller whether this smartphone has NFC or not.

  •  The main camera shots are not overexposed, however they are a bit poor in detail and not very sharp when you look closely. The HUAWEI Y6p camera is enough to capture memorable moments, but if you need a really good system, take a closer look at the next participant in our rating.

  •  Huawei Y6p is a fairly economical device in terms of power consumption. With an average intensity of use (several calls a day, reading social networks and instant messengers, surfing the web), the battery will last a couple of days without recharging.

  •  The Mediatek Helio P22 chipset belongs to budget solutions, all of its 8 Cortex-A53 cores operate at up to 2.0 GHz. Together with the PowerVR GE8320 video accelerator, it will not demonstrate high performance in games, but at medium and low settings, your favorite Tanks, Mortal Kombat Mobile and other popular mobile games should work.

Pros: loud and pleasant to hear at maximum volume speaker, long battery life, good screen.

Cons: No Google services, no fast charging.

4.Samsung Galaxy A12

Samsung Galaxy A12

  • Screen: 6.5″ (1600×720) 60Hz
  • RAM: 3 GB
  • memory: 32 GB, memory card slot
  • 4 cameras: 48 MP, 5 MP, 2 MP, 2 MP
  • battery: 5000 mAh
  • Processor: MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765)
  • SIM cards: 2 (nano SIM)
  • operating system: Android 10
  • wireless interfaces: NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0
  • Internet: 4G LTE
  • weight: 205g

  •  The Korean manufacturer did not follow the path of Chinese competitors, and did not make a rear fingerprint scanner in the Galaxy A12. Instead, he placed it on the side, on the power button. It is convenient or not – decide for yourself. I made my choice: the scanner on the side is very convenient.

  •  Samsung did not stint on fast 15-watt charging for its smartphone.

  •  The screen of the Galaxy A12, although it has a small resolution, is bright enough to make out the text on it even under the rays of the sun. Pixels are not visible.

  •  Another significant advantage of this model is an excellent quad camera with a 48 MP main lens, 5 MP ultra wide-angle lens, 2 MP macro lens and 2 MP depth camera. According to the reviews of the Galaxy A12 owners, the photos are very bright, detailed, with good color reproduction. And the front 8 MP camera has a Live Focus function, thanks to which you can beautifully blur the background,

  •  The MediaTek Helio P35 processor, along with 3 GB of RAM and a PowerVR GE8320 video accelerator, will not slow down when running games at low graphics settings. If the capabilities of this phone are not enough for you, then there is an option with 4/64 GB on board.

Pros: dedicated slot for a memory card, you can connect wired headphones, there is NFC (however, you can’t install Samsung Pay, only GPay or another application for contactless payment).

Cons: The proximity sensor does not always work correctly.

3. Vsmart Joy 3+ 4/64GB

Vsmart Joy 3+ 4/64GB

  • screen: 6.52″ (1600×720)
  • RAM: 4 GB
  • memory: 64 GB, memory card slot
  • 3 cameras: 13 MP, 8 MP, 2 MP
  • battery: 5000 mAh
  • Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 632
  • SIM cards: 2 (nano SIM)
  • operating system: Android 10
  • wireless interfaces: NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2
  • Internet: 4G LTE
  • weight: 192g

  •  Tired of Chinese novelties in the top budget smartphones under 10000 rubles? Then what about a smartphone made in Vietnam? At the same time, neither in terms of capabilities nor in terms of configuration, this device is inferior to its Chinese "colleagues". Judge for yourself:

  1. It has a powerful battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support and an 18W charger included.
  2. There is a fingerprint scanner. It is located on the back panel, and works smartly.
  3. With Vsmart Joy 3+ you can make contactless payments.
  4. The IPS screen of the smartphone has a good oleophobic coating, and also boasts a decent margin of rage and good viewing angles. The only nitpick is some graininess in the image, which is clearly visible when reading small text.
  5. The device will run popular games like World of Tanks at medium graphics settings, without slowdowns or heating.
  6. The main camera received three modules at once: 13 MP main, 8 MP wide-angle and 2 MP depth sensor. It shoots a smartphone well, but only under normal lighting conditions. At dusk or in poor artificial lighting, it is better not to use the Vsmart Joy 3+ camera. It can also shoot video in 4K resolution at 30 frames per second.

Pros: there is a cover, you can install a memory card in a dedicated slot, good assembly, comfortable shell.

Cons: grainy screen, not too loud speaker, sometimes marriage occurs – Wi-Fi may fall off, it is difficult to find accessories.

2. Xiaomi Redmi 9C 3/64GB (NFC)

Xiaomi Redmi 9C 3/64GB (NFC)

  • screen: 6.53″ (1600×720)
  • RAM: 3 GB
  • memory: 64 GB, memory card slot
  • dual camera: 13 MP, 2 MP
  • battery: 5000 mAh
  • Processor: MediaTek Helio G35
  • SIM cards: 2 (nano SIM)
  • operating system: Android 10
  • wireless interfaces: NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0
  • Internet: 4G LTE
  • weight: 196g

  •  We gave the second place in the top budget smartphones to a nice state employee from Xiaomi, which received not only an NFC chip, but also a capacious battery with support for 10-watt charging (5 V / 2 A), as well as a fingerprint scanner on the back panel.

  •  Redmi 9C has a large screen with good color reproduction, standard brightness of 400 nits and blue light protection for eyes. And on the back panel there is a block of 2 cameras + LED flash: the main one is 13 MP and the depth sensor is 2 MP. This model cannot boast of super detailing, impeccable color reproduction and image clarity, but it shoots well in sunlight or good artificial lighting.

  •  The Xiaomi Redmi 9C selfie camera has an interesting “Palm Shutter” feature. It is enough to bring your palm to the camera to start its timer, while you do not need to touch the screen.

  •  The MediaTek Helio G35 processor, combined with the PowerVR GE8320 graphics accelerator and 3 GB of RAM, will run a not-too-demanding game at high settings, and a demanding one at low settings.

Pros: you can connect wired headphones, long battery life, NFC, a dedicated slot for a memory card.

Cons: no film and cover included, advertising "garbage" in the shell.

1. Xiaomi Redmi 9 3/32GB (NFC)

Xiaomi Redmi 9 is the best smartphone in 2021 under 10000 rubles

  • Screen: 6.53″ (2340×1080) 60Hz
  • RAM: 3 GB
  • memory: 32 GB, memory card slot
  • 4 cameras: 13 MP, 8 MP, 5 MP, 2 MP
  • battery: 5020 mAh
  • Processor: MediaTek Helio G80
  • SIM cards: 2 (nano SIM)
  • operating system: Android 10
  • wireless interfaces: NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0
  • Internet: 4G LTE
  • weight: 198g

  •  This phone has almost everything you need to be happy:

  1. a capacious battery that does not have to be charged for a couple of days, and if you use the phone only for calls, then even longer.
  2. Large screen with excellent resolution, 394 ppi pixel density and anti-blue light technology.
  3. A good – under normal lighting conditions – quad camera with AI, which is quite enough to photograph lectures or take pictures for social networks. It consists of a main 13MP autofocus module, an 8MP wide lens with a 118° field of view, a 2MP depth sensor and a 5MP macro lens.
  4. The selfie camera will not let you down either, it has beautification and various filters.
  5. Nimble for a state employee MediaTek Helio G80 processor with support for HyperEngine technology, which speeds up the processing of game scenarios. Most modern games will run on Redmi 9 at medium settings.
  6. Decent, again for a budget device, the amount of RAM and internal storage. The latter can be further expanded with a memory card.
  7. Pleased with the presence of the NFC module, with which you can make contactless payments. Please note that there is also a version of the smartphone without NFC!

  •  For those who want the same but better, there is a 9/4 GB version of Xiaomi Redmi 64, also with NFC. It costs a couple of thousand more than the 3/32 GB version.

  •  In general, Xiaomi Redmi 9 is good from all sides. It is suitable for both everyday work tasks and popular mobile games such as PUBG, WoT Blitz. Of course, the smartphone is not without flaws, about them below.

Pros: you can install a memory card in a dedicated slot, fast 18 W charging, a silicone case is included, there is a mini jack 3.5 mm.

Cons: 10W fast charging in the box, advertising "garbage" in the shell, the fingerprint scanner is next to the camera unit, and it's easy to get your finger dirty on the lens.
