The Djiboutian Franc is the currency of Djibouti. One Djiboutian Franc is equal to 100 centimes. In money circulation there are banknotes in denominations of 1000, 2000, 5000 and 10 francs of various years of issue. The 000 series banknotes remain legal tender, are withdrawn from circulation as they wear out and are replaced by the current series.

Obverse: in the central part of the Banknote there is an image of a girl and a caravan of camels. The denomination is marked with numbers "2000" in the upper left and right corners of the banknote.
