Sedi is the currency of Ghana, introduced on July 19, 1965, issued by the Bank of Ghana. 1 cedi equals 100 pesewa. From January 1, 2007 to January 1, 2010, in the All-Russian Classifier of Currencies, it was called "Sedi of Ghana", then simply "Sedi", now "Ghanaian Sedi".
